Fazmoz Caribbean Cuisine – Authentic Caribbean Flavors & Tropical Dining in Wichita Falls

Wow! We were very surprised! The flavor on the Jerk Chicken was great, I requested spicy and man did it hit but it was still savory. The catfish with garlic butter was seasoned well and the grilled cabbage was full of flavor. The drinks were good as well. The chicken patties were good too and had a kick to them. There is a charge to use a card, but oh well wish I would have known and I would have paid cash. But I would come back again to try other dishes when I come into town.

The waitress was very kind and made a great suggestion. I got a mango drink that was delicious and came in a nice pineapple-shaped glass. I got the plantains as a starter and they were well seasoned and fried. The sauce it comes with is smooth and creamy and has a cool, lightly sweet flavor and a bit tangy like mayo. The waitress suggested the ox tail and, oh man, absolutely delicious! It came with rice and some Caribbean-style coleslaw. The coleslaw was a slightly sweater than normal coleslaw. The rice was deliciously seasoned and paired very well with the ox tail. Then there is the ox tail and it was super tender, falling apart, very beefy and melts in your mouth. Salted enough and that strong beef flavor was just great! Those bones were picked clean. If I am coming through town again, I'm definitely suggesting, if I'm with people, to come here or just enjoy it all by myself again.

We tried this place after searching for something new in the area we haven’t eaten yet. So surprised about how awesome it was. We definitely do not have high expectations for ethnic food around here but it was amazing! My husband had the jerk chicken and I had a chicken pineapple bowl with plantains. Service was great as well. We will be back.

Staff is incredibly friendly and their tropical drinks and pineapple bowls filled with your choice of meat is INCREDIBLE! For $20 I could not believe how much food they give you. Very affordable with gracious serving size. Seriously one of the hidden gems of food in Witchita Falls. Highly recommend attending and bring your friends and family to support a wonderful local business.

I am here for the Christmas Brunch today Sat on Dec 10, 2022. I was invited today by my god daughter. This is a Beautiful peaceful environment and I ate delicious fried cod fish, so tender. And the plantains were excellent today as well. They play Caribbean music here while you eat. Very nice and kind local owners too. But back in October 15,2022, I had my youngest son, SHELDON’s surprise birthday party here in the private room you can rent. He LOVES the OX TAILS HERE… so much that he craves them! I don’t know any other restaurant that serve OX tails. We have about 30 Guest and everyone enjoyed their food. I will Place some photos with our party here in October also. Fabulous night and the host and owners were great. Spread the word and get them MORE Business for this tasty Caribbean food.

Looking forward to Jerk Chicken. I have made myself but never had before at a restaurant. I was very happy. Also had macaroni pie, Caribbean Cole slaw, mango BBQ chicken wings and coconut shrimp with coconut jerk sauce. All was good. They served the mango BBQ wings and my first though was I will need another napkin. Boom, Lauren brought extra napkins. It is like she has done this before. Lauren was very polite and attentive.

Coconut shrimp is hands down the BEST we have ever had. A day later and my 11-year-old can not stop talking about it. The rice of the day was beans and rice. It was nice and hot (temperature) but very dry. Needed some butter or flavoring of some kind. Even so, it was still good. The portion sizes are a bit small for the prices. They also pass their cc processing fee to the customer as it’s a line item on the bill. I’d assume it was already built into their prices for the price-portion size. Another down fall was their worn tables that rock back and forth. But I’ll take a rocking table any day if I can have the Jerk Chicken Salad and Coconut Shrimp. Overall we will be back anytime we are in town and it feels good to support a local business.

This place a a hidden gem. All the food we ordered was delicious, so it’s hard to pick just one thing to say is my favorite. Definitely get the egg rolls for an appetizer! The music and vibe of the place was really nice.
